In Scandinavian mythology, the “World Tree” is a giant ash tree, which is the structural basis of the world, the tree of life and destiny.It defines the “vertical projection” of the spatial model of the world of Scandinavian mythology, combining various worlds (Heaven, Earth and Underground world).

This series of works consists of four gessoes.In a symbolic context, it is a circle and a cycle.All starts with the bottom picture, goes through the whole cycle of life and with this picture the cycle ends.
As the tree is the basis for painting, the basis is prepared in the proper way.Using of sacred technology (icon painting, created on gesso) immerses deeply into the interdimensional-temporal state and makes the viewer to feel the energy of space and nature. And as an addition, all the variety of manifestations is conveyed in the animation for this series of works.
